"Miguel and his staff went above and beyond- we were purchasing a new home and our current home insurance could not transfer as expected, so on Friday afternoon/evening Miguel spent whatever time it took to get us covered for our home, cars and more! He couldn’t have been more patient or professional. He is truly an example of exceptional customer service - an art that is nearly lost in this day of technology and incessant loops of telephone options!
